Thank you for shopping with NestAndSip! We take pride in offering high-quality mugs, tumblers, posters, prints (metal & canvas), and notebooks. Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged item, we are here to help.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns and offer replacements only in the following cases:
✅ Defective, misprinted, or damaged items – If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will process a replacement at no extra cost.
✅ Lost in transit – If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and issue a replacement.
How to Report an Issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
❌ We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse or if you change your mind.

Incorrect address – If an incorrect shipping address was provided, the order will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed packages – If a package is unclaimed and returned to Printful, you must cover reshipment costs.

Sealed goods (e.g., health-related items like face masks) that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Personalized or custom-made products, as they are made to order.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or variant; you will need to place a new order.
