Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and offer replacements only in the following cases: Defective, misprinted, or damaged items - If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will process a replacement at no extra cost. Lost in transit - If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and issue a replacement. Email us at nestandsip@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective or damaged product.

We accept PayPal Checkout, which supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal balance.

Where do you not deliver?

We currently do not ship to the following locations: Ukraine: Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk. Other restricted regions: Russia, Belarus, Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea.

Any special care instructions for your products?

Accepted Answer

Mugs: White Glossy & Ceramic mugs are microwave/dishwasher safe (hand-wash recommended). Enamel & Black Glossy mugs must be hand-washed only.
Posters & Canvas: Avoid direct sunlight & outdoor exposure. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth.
Water Bottles & Tumblers: Hand-wash only (not dishwasher-safe due to vacuum seal).
Pillows: Pillowcases are machine washable (cold, no bleach, no tumble dry). Inserts should not be washed or ironed.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package's journey.
