We accept returns and offer replacements only in the following cases:
Defective, misprinted, or damaged items - If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will process a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost in transit - If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and issue a replacement.
Email us at nestandsip@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
Mugs: White Glossy & Ceramic mugs are microwave/dishwasher safe (hand-wash recommended). Enamel & Black Glossy mugs must be hand-washed only.
Posters & Canvas: Avoid direct sunlight & outdoor exposure. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth.
Water Bottles & Tumblers: Hand-wash only (not dishwasher-safe due to vacuum seal).
Pillows: Pillowcases are machine washable (cold, no bleach, no tumble dry). Inserts should not be washed or ironed.
